Grinding & machining

Our facility is equipped with a machine shop that can produce and modify parts to the specifications needed. We are also equipped with a machine that rectifies the taper of the spindle to gice them the tolerance it needs to have the tool-holder contact properly.


Bearing replacement

We make it our priority to replace your bearings with superior bearings or equal to the original ones. Our inventory supports a wide range of different brands to best accompany your motor repair.


Run-in of bearings

In this procedure, the spindle starts at a low RPM that will make the temperature rise, then drop and stabilize at a temperature relative to the spindle type and application. This way our techniciens will obtain exact results.

Specific tolerances

Every component manufacturer has their own specifications regarding the tolerances when it comes to replacing parts.  Direct access to each component manufacture allows us to ensure all replacement parts are within specification.
